When Chris and Stephen Schroeter took the reins at Napoleon, they wanted to remind the trade that it’s a family-owned company. This matters because many of Napoleon’s competitors are owned by conglomerates on Wall Street.

Hoffman York took this opportunity to showcase the two new Napoleon leaders not the way they look today, but as they were – as youngsters who grew up in the business and were exposed to all they ever would need to make Napoleon one of Canada’s most celebrated companies.
